Jumbo Modelers
The Buzzard Air Force Club is looking for new members.
The club is an organization that has a common interest in jumbo
R/C aircraft. This club doesn’t have a field, but do have a
couple of functions each year at the airfields of other clubs in
Cuyahoga, Medina and Lorain Counties. They meet once a month
at a restaurant on Saturday evenings – the dates, times and
locations are decided upon at the previous meeting. The club
is more of a social gathering where they talk about planes.
Wives, friends and family are encouraged to attend the meetings.
The club owns two model aircraft that members can take to events
and fly, along with their own planes. Dues are $15.00 per
year. For further information, contact Roger Maher
(president) at (440) 236-5111 or Carl Harris at (216) 991-8477.
